About Bradley PSG
The need for
public safety
never changes.
In an ever-changing world, that one thing holds. Our standard is excellence in all things — from field operations to comprehensive quality control.
Who we are
Founded in 2016. Built out one capability at a time.
Bradley Public Safety Group started as a small team with a hard standard, and has grown into one of the most diverse providers of public safety services available in the private sector.
Most firms in this industry pick a lane — guards, or investigations, or escorts — and subcontract everything else the moment a client asks for it. We took the opposite route. Officers, detection canines, escorts, investigators, drivers and pilots all work for the same company, brief off the same plan, and answer to the same dispatch. When your risk crosses a boundary, your protection doesn't have to.
That breadth exists for one reason: the promise on our front door. In a hands-off industry, we stand by our promise to protect you and your property from any threat.

Founder & CEO
Jacob Bradley
U.S. Coast Guard · Serving Law Enforcement
Our CEO began his law enforcement career in the U.S. Coast Guard and has continued his service in local law enforcement still to this day. He is well-versed in that field, having served in patrol, investigations, marine patrol, SWAT Medic, K9 handler, and as a field training officer.
In addition to law enforcement, he holds licenses as an EMT, fixed and rotary wing pilot, and boat captain. He knows the job, and when you need an answer regarding your situation the only thing he needs to know is when and where.
He still reads the complaints personally — jbradley@bradleypsg.org.
Leadership
Led by someone who has actually stood the watch.
Public safety is not a business you can run from a spreadsheet. Every standard we hold — how an officer is screened, how a post order is written, how an incident gets documented — comes from someone who has been on the other side of the radio.
Our escort legacy
Carrying forward a service that started in 1990.
Our escort mission is rooted in David Earl Eady, a Marine Corps veteran who founded Elite Motor Escort in 1990 and served hundreds of families each year until his death in October 2020.
He built something that mattered to hundreds of families, and he built it on a principle we kept word for word: no family is left behind. We escort funerals wherever a family needs one, and we do not let an inability to pay end the conversation.
What we hold ourselves to
Four standards, no exceptions.
Show Up
A post that goes unfilled is a promise broken. Coverage is the first commitment and the one we never negotiate.
Stay Hands On
In a hands-off industry, we take responsibility for the outcome — not just for having sent someone.
Document It
If it isn't written down, it didn't happen. Reports are written to survive an insurer, an auditor or a courtroom.
Answer For It
Compliments and complaints go straight to the founder. Quality control is not a department here, it's the job.
Work with a company that answers.
One call reaches every capability we have.
